Strategy execution and accountability can be a challenge. We will help you develop tools to capture the tactics supporting the strategic moves identified. Tactics, including goals, objectives, deliverables and timelines, should be developed and owned by the leadership team providing a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.  We will discuss communication flow needed to support prioritization and alignment across the organization. Monthly strategic updates keep your plan evolving and provide a tool to guide daily activities.
